Maintaining a Safe Space

 

Our pandemic world has created so many mental and physical challenges, but your ability to participate in therapy shouldn’t be one of them. For now, all Roots & Wings Wellness sessions are conducted online through a HIPAA-compliant platform so you can attend sessions from a safe and comfortable location. Even if you’re fully vaccinated and are out and about, think of our virtual sessions as a time savings. We’ll open the office to in-person private and group sessions when the time is right, as well as launch our popular “Walk & Talk” program.
